Boat trip on the Zrmanja River!

The start of the excursion is in Novigrad, a small fishing village located half an hour drive from Zadar. The group meets at 9:30 am in front of the cafe “Flash” where we board the ship. The boat trip takes us across the sea from Novigrad to the Zrmanja delta. Shortly after entering the river, you will be surrounded by a magnificent 200-meter deep canyon. A 12-kilometer route through the canyon will take us to the town of Obrovac and a few kilometers later to our final destination – the last waterfall on Zrmanja – Jankovića buk, where we will take a short break for a swim. On our way back, you can see limestone cliffs, ancient ruins called “Pržunac” and, with a little luck, griffon vultures up close.
