To make your stay at Villa Anto as pleasant as possible, we would like to ask you to observe the following house rules.

Use/handling

All devices, furnishings and equipment are to be used only for their intended purpose.

The devices, furnishings and features are merely an offer; the use and handling of these is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

Children are only allowed to stay in the swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and terrace areas under the supervision of an adult.

Smoking

The Villa Anto is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and any other rooms in the house. Cooking, lighting candles and other flammable items in the rooms is also prohibited.

In the event of violations, special cleaning costs of up to EUR 200.00 per room will be charged.

If a fire alarm is triggered, the guest is responsible for the fire brigade's deployment and the associated costs. These must be paid by the guest immediately.

Smoking is permitted on the outside areas of the Villa Anto. Please note that the windows and doors are closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.

Animals

The accommodation of animals is not permitted in Villa Anto and in all outdoor areas belonging to the property.

Damage/contamination

Theft, deliberate damage and vandalism will be reported immediately.

If the building, inventory or other facilities are damaged or soiled, the guest must compensate HADA for any damage caused.

Keys/loss

At the start of the rental period, the guest receives the keys for all rooms/entrances relevant to him.

If a key is lost, the guest must immediately report it to HADA. Any damage caused must be compensated to HADA by the guest.

Escape routes/exits

Please note that stairs and corridors must always be kept clear as escape routes. Please do not leave any bags, suitcases or other objects here. The escape meeting point is in the Villa Anto car park.

Fire extinguishers are marked with appropriate signs.

Internet

Wi-Fi Internet is freely available throughout the house. You will receive the access data at the start of the rental period. The bandwidth is intended for normal use. The guest has no right to a higher bandwidth or access to the Internet at all times.

When using the WiFi, the provisions of data protection and child and youth protection must be observed. Violations must be reported. In particular, the use of file sharing programs and illegal video streaming portals is prohibited.

Access to operating rooms

Entering the operating rooms, home electronics rooms and the like is not permitted. These rooms are marked as such.

Official instructions/national and local legislation

Official employees, their representatives and their instructions must be followed in all cases.

National and local laws must be observed. HADA has no influence on the legislation, nor is it obliged to inform the guest about its current status and requirements.
