Zadar Airport (ZAD) is located just 15 km from the villa and is served by renowned airlines such as Lufthansa, Croatia Airlines, Ryanair, and Eurowings. Split Airport (SPU) is approximately 130 km away and easily accessible via the highway.

Do you offer an airport shuttle service?

We are very happy to organize an exclusive transfer for you to and from Zadar Airport, ensuring your arrival is as relaxed as possible.

Are there car rental options available nearby?

Directly at Zadar Airport, you will find all major car rental agencies (including Sixt, Hertz, Avis, Alamo). We highly recommend booking in advance.

Can the villa be rented for events or film productions?

Villa Anto provides the perfect backdrop for exclusive occasions. Whether for private weddings, anniversaries, corporate meetings, or professional photo and video shoots – we turn your vision into reality.

Security & Formalities

How are potential damages handled?

To preserve the exceptionally high standard of the villa, our guests provide a security deposit upon booking. This deposit is promptly refunded to your bank account after your stay. Additionally, we offer the option to purchase on-site liability insurance for the duration of your stay.

House Rules

Is smoking permitted inside the villa?

To protect our guests and the interior, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the buildings. However, designated areas with ashtrays are available for you on the spacious terraces and balconies.

Are pets allowed?

Out of consideration for guests with allergies and to maintain the villa's premium standard of furnishings, pets are unfortunately not allowed on our property.
