Upon entering, you are welcomed by the impressive, 400 m² main terrace. Its centerpiece is the 50 m² infinity pool, perfectly climate-controlled all year round (heated and cooled). Enjoy the Dalmatian sun on our designer loungers for up to 12 guests, while your gaze drifts across the Adriatic Sea to the majestic Velebit Mountain Range.



Wellness & Indulgence on the Lower Ground Floor

Immerse yourself in your private spa oasis. In the tastefully designed lower level, you will find:

• A spacious sauna (6–8 guests) and a whirlpool for up to 6 adults.

• An exclusive massage room for your private relaxation time.

• A well-stocked wine cellar, filled with exquisite selections from the most renowned winemakers in Croatia and Spain.

 

Living Culture on the Ground Floor

The ground floor is the ultimate gathering space. A light-flooded, 80 m² living lounge with a modern fireplace forms the central hub. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a stylish bedroom with a guest toilet complete this level.

The first floor is dedicated entirely to privacy. Here, you will find four exclusive master suites (30 to 40 m²). Every room features:

• A direct, unobstructed panoramic view of the sea.

• Its own en-suite bathroom & toilet.

• State-of-the-art technology (TV, high-speed Wi-Fi & internet).


Sky Lounge: The Crowning Glory on the Roof

The 100 m² roof terrace offers an experience of the highest class. Equipped with adjustable parasols, an additional outdoor whirlpool, and restroom facilities, it is the perfect spot for sundowners. At our in-house bar, we serve finest coffee specialties as well as an excellent selection of refreshments and spirits.

• Its own in-house solar park (12–14 kW) for self-sufficient energy generation.

• A 500 m² parking area for up to 12 vehicles.

Capacity: The villa accommodates up to 10 adults and 3 children. Upon request, we are happy to provide additional baby cots to make the stay absolutely perfect for your entire family.
