Right at the entrance, you will be greeted by a large terrace of 400m² with a beautiful air-conditioned (heats and cools as desired) year-round pool of 50m² and sunbeds for 12 people.

From the terrace that extends above the pool, there is a unique view of the sea, the beach and Velebit.

In the decorated basement there is a sauna for 6 to 8 adults, a Whirlpool for up to 6 adults, a massage room and a wine cellar with the most famous Croatian and Spanish winemakers.

The ground floor of the building consists of a guest toilet, kitchen and living room with a fireplace of 80 m².

The first floor has 4 rooms with a size of 30 to 40 m². You have a direct view of the sea from every room. Each room has its own bathroom, toilet, TV, Internet and wifi.

On the flat roof of the building there is a terrace of 100m² with movable parasols. On the terrace there is an outdoor Whirpool for up to 6 adults as well as sanitary facilities (Shower and WC.)

A special advantage of this level is the bar with coffee machine as well as a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The capacity of the entire facility is 8 adults and 4 to 8 children, with the option of installing more children’s beds if needed.

Within the building there is a parking lot with 500 m² that can accommodate up to 12 vehicles.
